hello,

i have a MSI GTX 960 2way-sli setup.
i know its not really up to date, but trust me it looks awesome! :)

[iiyama prolite E2483HS monitor (60HZ)]
[intel core i5-6600 CPU @ 3.3GHz]
[16GB of RAM]
[MSI Z270 M5 Gaming Motherboard]

i want to buy a 75Hz monitor, but also a 27" monitor.

I have read alot of benchmarks regarding my video card setup.
The conclusion is that i should make it to 75fps on most games with the settings on high, tested on 1080p.

i am thinking of this 27" monitor:

or the 24.5" model:

2.https://iiyama.com/gl_en/products/g-master-gb2530hsu-b1/

I have have read that 1080p on a 27" isnt all that, but with the fps in mind its my best option when going to 27".
When going to 1440p my frames will likely drop to 40 pfs or even lower.
but i found this monitor:

3. https://iiyama.com/gl_en/products/g-master-gb2730qsu-b1/

is it worth to go 27" 1440p with only 40 or less fps?

what do you guys think?

That's entirely up to you. It's a matter of personal preference really. While most gamers like to get the higher refresh rate/response ms such as 144hz/1ms, there are also players like me that want to play eye candy popping 2k/4k quality rendering. I went with the 2k/4k 60hz route because I mostly play single player RPGs while a majority will play 1080p at 144hz on games such CS:GO, PUBG, Fortnite, Overwatch, etc..
