Can these 2 components support the Assassin's Creed unity 1080p with 60FPs or higher?

Is it stable for these 2?

Thanks. 😀

Solution
Those 2 components are much higher than than even the recommended specifications for Unity from even Ubisoft. While in theory it should be able to play 1080p and probably even Highest settings. Ubisoft has been know to be (REALLY REALLY) bad at PC optimization for their games so it is still possible to have frame rate drops occasionally.

Hard to tell since the game isn't out yet.

For the record the recommended specs for this game is
i7-3770k
GTX 780

Some tests have shown that the GTX 970 matches if not out-performs the GTX 780 on some game benchmarks.

Food for thought:
The PS4 has a 1.6 GHz octa-core CPU and a video card equivalent to the HD 7870. It plays the game at 900p and 30 FPS. The i5 you chose is MUCH MUCH faster than the...

Thanks man! :)
Cuz the shop told me that it is not stable, then it makes me worry for the decisions.
Then, they also told me 500 W is not enough to support the system, it may cause lag, is it true?
My specs:
1) i5 4690
2) GIGABYTE B85M- D3H
3) Kingston Fury DDR3 4GB 1866MHZ (4GB x 2)
4) WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM
5) Liteon 24x DVD/RW
6) CM N200 Casing
7) Asus GTX 970 Strix 4GB
8) 500W SILVERSTONE ESSENSIAL 80 Plus

I see I see, thanks man! It is a great knowledge for a beginner like me 😀 lol

You're gonna be fine man, just keep the MSAA down and you should have no problem maintaining 60 fps, especially if you decide to do a slight OC on that card.

Thanks man! 😀 haha
MSAA is the game setting?
This is the 1st gaming PC Im gonna own, before this Im a console gamer. lol.
So, as a beginner to start the PC gaming 😀

Welcome and enjoy. You'll learn all the great settings you will finally have access to.

Do you think with a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 edition, I7 2700k @ 3.9 ghz, 8gb Ram ill be able to run this game at ultra, what FPS would you think? I yet to buy the 970 and am only 17 so I don't have heaps of money, not planning on upgrading cpu till broadwell

Not on ultra until UbiLAZYSoft fixes the game. Broken like Obama's election promises. Broken like the financial well being of 40 out of the 50 states. Broken like stuff that goes into the Blendtec blender in those will it blend videos. Like Watch_Doges there are random areas where you fall through the floor and keep falling. There's so many bugs it makes you think you're playing an alpha build. There's tons of pop ins there's also a lot of weird rendering issues like shadows without people.

Not sure about it becouse Ubishit optimalization is horible and even worst on amd gpu

Are you sure you're taking about ac unity? That seems impossible on even more powerful rigs. With a 7990 I am on high with no AA and can barely get 30-40

The Asus Gtx 970 with core i5 can play assassin creed unity at 1080p resolution on medium setting with 60 fps.it can play AC unity with High details but frame rate will be about 35 fps

r9 290 can play ac unity at high details but frame rate will be 40 max.it cant get 60 fps in high setting

On my i5-4690K and Gigabyte GTX 970, AC Unity is running at 1920x1080 ultra settings: 28-45 FPS, very high settings: 50-60 FPS. GPU is slightly OC'd at 1178 MHz (default is 1076 MHz). With GPU max temperature at 64°C, I could OC more.

You will not get 60 with the preset ultra graphics, not even with the 980. Ubisoft made itself popular by releasing quick 1 game that is hated in terms of performance and quality gameplay. However the patch with new optimisation is coming.

With an MSI 970 and a I7 2700K i can run Unity at ultra except with FXAA and only high shadows, everything else is on maximum. Cutscenes sometimes dip to 24 or 30 but no lower and in game varies from 45-60 but mostly in the 50's to 60's range :) The difference isn't that big with these settings and tbh running it like this is a lot smoother

Thats Great Mate! Coz i've seen SLIed Titans struggling to maintain a decent 50fps.... 🙁

I'm running an i7 4770k OC to 4.2ghz and have two Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 gaming editions in SLI with 16gb of 2400mhz ram on an Asus Maximus Hero VI mobo and have both of the 970's OC'd to 1530mhz and I get around 60-65 fps on Ultra settings and TXAA enabled. With something like 2x MSAA, I get around 80 fps and with 4x it's about the same as TXAA(which def looks better than 4X). This is insane that ANY game requires this kind of rig to just hit 60, albeit with just FXAA I get around 100+. On Dragon Age Inquisition with everything maxxed and 4x MSAA I get 100-120fps, which is what I was hoping to get. I wanted to build a rig that would be future proof for at least a few years and still be able to play anything on max and get more than 60 fps, preferably 100+ since I'm using a 144hz refresh monitor which is beautiful btw, no tearing no matter what you play. Who needs G-Sync? Anyway, I hope what I told you helps...you need an insanely powerful rig to even hope to hit 60 on this game. Think about it...I get 100 with heavily oc'd sli 970's... with a non oc'd single 970...you couldn't hope to hit 60...which is INSANE. a $350+ card should be able to play anything without even thinking about the settings. Anyways...end of "You suck Ubisoft" rant.
