Question 1080p-Gaming and 1080p60fps-Streaming Single PC Specs Recommendation ?

Okey guys I'm a professional newbie about pc builds. Also stick to the forums and youtube for information. So, My question regarding pc build is what is the best budget friendly specs to build a PC for streaming at 1080p60fps while gaming in the same at 1080p. ? Also check my components that I've selected for purchase. Help this newbie and god will blast you. I also've youtube channel and Im currently streaming at 720p60fps.

( GPU ) RTX 2070 Super
( PSU ) Any Brand with 80+ GOLD Certification 750W, 850W, 1000W Im confused which watt I should buy.

So I want to play games at low \ high settings fps is matter to me and also streaming from the same pc at 1080p60fps crystal clear like other streamers do. So suggest me best components under budget.

Overall budget is 150000 INR = 2100 USD but can push more for better performance.

Intel \ AMD both pc build suggetions are welcome but I ALREADY HAVE MOTHERBOARD for Intel ...
