1080p gaming at very high settings

im building a pc for current and future gaming at high settings. no vr tho. i want to keep this pc for a long time so future proofing is appreciated. im looking for a value pc gpu that can handle 1080p at very high details(im planning on playing triple a titles like gta v) also no rx 480 or gtx 1060 plz. i want in stock cards with url plz. *would prefer around 200-250 cards

why no 1060?

i dont think there is any card that can do that for 200-250 unless you go with the 1060 or 480
