1080p Gaming Monitor

So I am choosing a gaming monitor and was originally going to go with a asus VG248QE but I don't need that 144hz because me computer will not run at that high fps. So I am looking for a 1080p 60hz, preferably IPS monitor on a budget. Any suggestions?
