Solution RARRAF Dec 17, 2016 then download the newest AMD drivers slap them on the desktop and remove previous drivers with display driver uninstaller and install the newest drivers from desktop and you should be fine. http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/display_driver_uninstaller.html
