1080p Video Hangs :(

I just installed windows 10 x64 last week but 1080p video is not playing in any player, its hanging every 2sec. below are my specs :

• 
  Saphire AMD R9 270x 2 GB DDR5
  AMD 8350
  16 GB DDR3
  Asus Sabertooth
  Asus Xonar Sound card

Thanks but I have that mega version

then download the newest AMD drivers slap them on the desktop and remove previous drivers with display driver uninstaller and install the newest drivers from desktop and you should be fine.
