1080ti Aorus vs 1080ti Aorus Xtreme differences?

I think xtreme has more memory clock speed, but that's about all I could find.

Will it make a big difference in my gaming? Are the frames worth it?

It has a bit faster speed that will lead to an extra few FPS in most games, and bragging rights to say mine is faster than yours.

Only worth it if you aren't limited on budget. If you are limited on budget and are looking for the best price/performance ratio, you should look for the cheapest, or close to the cheapest, GTX 1080 Ti version.
