I have a 1080ti FTW3 with my i7-8700k.
I've been dealing with this issue for the last couple months but figured I'd finally ask around.
Sometimes when restarting my PC, it'll freeze on the windows logo with the dots spinning. A force restart is required, and sometimes it'll do it consecutively like 5 or 6 restarts before things are normal. OTHER times, like right now as im typing this, it'll boot normally and perfect, but as soon as I get into a game, just the menu itself is laggy as hell - so I'll go check HWMonitor, and what do you know its not even being recognized....yet I can still boot and get output?
Device manager reports for "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 ti" - "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
