Hi,
Im looking at the 1080ti cards from evga and gigabyte. For some reason i find myself obsessing over the 3 fan models and neglecting the 2 fans. Only now have I just questioned myself, "why do I care?"
1. Apart from an extra fan do 3 fan models have anything else special with them. Would I be missing out. (maybe a longer lifespan, if anyones bothered to calculate that)
2. On newegg there are multiple aourus gigabyte 1080ti's, with slightly different id numbers but huge differences in price. these two what am i missing
Im not actually buying from them as I just found I lose my savings with vat and import duty (gets me everytime).
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: it seems like clock speed is a factor in the price but the differences in these speeds are around 40Mhz
