1080ti giving me sub par frame rates.

Here is my rig:
Intel i7-8700k
nVidia 1080ti Founders Edition
Asus ROG z370-e mobo
16gb ddr4 corsair vengeance
corsair 850hx psu
and it's all housed in a corsair 570x

I both stream and play games from the same PC but even when not streaming I get like 50-60 fps in most games; PUBG, Fortnite, League of Legends, CS:GO, etc.

I have liquid cooling on my CPU, the stock fan and 2 other fans on my GPU, and then the stock fans in the case.

At first, I thought it was maybe a lemon GPU but I contacted nVidia and they sent me a replacement (brand new card) and it is still performing the same way.

If anyone has any benchmarks they would like me to run to get them more information I would be glad to try anything to figure out what my issue is, because my $2500 computer is running like shit. Thanks guys!

On it right now! Thanks. I'll play a game of PUBG while recording logs.

Also several things to address:

    ■ What refresh rate does your Monitor have?
    ■ What is your setting for G-sync in nvidia control panel?
    ■ Have you turned on v-sync in game settings?

144hz
It has Free-Sync so it's not compatible with G-Sync
Yes V-Sync is on.

One thing weird is GPU fan speed, it is below 50% even when GPU temperature reached 80 degree.

Do you have customised fan curve for GPU?

Another thing is what resolution you have for your Monitor?

I wonder how your fps performs. Is it decreasing slowly over time?

For now, I suggest you download MSI Afterburner, setup a customised fan curve and see how it helps.

So PUBG only has an on or off for V-sync. On I get 60fps, off I get like 70-80 until I look at something that hasn't rendered. I should also mention that this on High settings and not even Ultra. Being like the third most powerful GPU on the market this is baffling.

Is there another way we can chat? Twitter DMs? Discord? Something that is more real time.. You seem to know your stuff and I feel like we can figure this out

Yeah but even if his refresh rates were set on 60, the counter shows 60-70FPS from what I understood. If I were him, Id start with the basic thing and update all the drivers. After he has done that, Id put the PC on any render benchmark to see whats what. If the PC does bad in there (and that one shouldnt) something in his system is bad, if it does good, we just need to find out what makes it do that.

"On I get 60fps, off I get like 70-80" He said when On it is 60FPS, which is normal, but OFF he gets 70-80FPS, that is why I said what I said, not to be a smartiepants.
