I'm looking into getting my 1080ti setup with liquid cooling and I would like to know some suggestions of what would be the best one for it.

Solution
yes.
the alternative is:
1. same as hybrid kit, but a bit better is alphacool.
2. full cover block from companies like EK. they supposed to release MLC kits which are "modular AiO". that's the best performance and noise.

The best cards for this purpose are ones based on reference PCB. Particularly EVGA as removing/replacing cooler is not voiding EVGA warranty.
There are several options from different manufacturers such as Corsair's, NZXT or EVGA's that will work on the FE cards.
Right now, there is no official EVGA 's Hybrid kit for the 1080Ti but you can mod the Hybrid kit for the 1070/1080.
Gamernexus shows some detail videos on how to install EVGA's Hybrid kit for the 1070/1080 on a 1080Ti FE.

Alternatively, you can go buy a waterblock and do a custom loop.
