1080ti low fps (80 fram on battlefield 1 and v )

hi guys , i have 1080ti aorus extreme 11g and i only get 85 fps maximum in battlefield 1 and v !!
some other games like witcher i get 140 fps maximum thou i saw people on the youtube they have the same gpu but they got so much better fps even in battlefield

please if anyone have faced similar problem a little help would be appreciated

my pc part the following :-
cpu / i7 8700k
cpu air cooler / coolermaster D90
gpu / 1080ti aorus extreme 11g
mobo / z390 aorus pro wifi
ram / t force night hawk 16 gb
psu / seasonic 1000 w
ssd / 120 gb
hdd / 6tb
case / cooler master h500p

I EVEN PLAY WITH 1080P RESOLUTION
I TRY MY BEST TO NOT MUCH LOAD ON THE GPU BUT IT DOSENT CHANG A THING

CPU AROUND 65 C , AND GPU 69 - 75
