What is my "GPU limit" with a TX650M gold Corsair psu? GTX 1070?
1080? Can i even put a 1080ti on it? I saw a video (dont remmember the youtuber) where a 1080ti with a 8700k roughly hits 500W. So i'm a bit confused because i've heard so many times that i need like 750W psu to run a 1080...

My pc specs are: i7-8700, 1TB HDD + 120GB SSD, ATX Gigabyte Z370P and 1x8GB DDR4 RAM

Solution
Well the Current TX650M has 612W on the 12V.

So I would say a GTX 1080..

Yes with the high end GTX 1080Ti's getting a good 750W PSU would be smart.
