Hello.. i have question about my gpu
Why my gpu always running with usage 25%-40% only and my cpu eat 50+% usage . (Pubg/Dota2/CSGO/Overwatch/Destiny2)

I have watched a video on youtube with same gpu+cpu and they can use 70-99% gpu usage , still have no idea how to fix it , is it called "bottleneck" ? or just normal ? ty.

i have
i7-4790k 4.4ghz
Maximus VII Hero
GTX 1080 Ti Strix oc
8x2 ddr3 RAM corsair vengeance 1600mhz
2x SSD
Psu Evga g3 750w 80+ gold
Windows version 1809
Monitor BenQ XL2540 (240Hz) 1080p

A 1080ti is on the overpowered side for 1080p, even in graphically demanding games. You are doubling down and playing super light weight games on graphics. You just have way too much GPU for your needs, and as a result, your usage is low.

In what games where those videos playing? Your GPU is WAY OVERPOWERED for the games you are playing. That GPU is designed for GPU intensive games, and what you are playing are very light on the GPU games with heavy CPU demands (if you want super high FPS). If your FPS are high for the games you are playing, there is nothing wrong with the GPU usage. It's a classic bottleneck due to playing super easy to render games.

What monitor resolution are you playing at? That will also play a part in the GPU usage.

All you can do is max out the graphics settings in the games.

Your CPU is a definite bottleneck for the GTX 1080Ti at 1080P.
