Guys, I need your help in choosing between 10900/11900 and choosing a correct mobo for the final cpu choice.
From what i saw from the comparisons, the performance gap between 10900 and 11900 is not that big but the price difference is there.
So would it be a good choice to get a 10900 in pair with a good B560 motherboard? Manual overclocking of either 10900/11900 seems like a thing for really high end
configurations and it requires big additional spending on a highend motherboard and high end cooling system, I'm not sure it is worth it.
If i just get a 10900 and pair it with my RTX 3080, would it be a good streaming/gaming configuration for the years to come?
And i also have a question about cooling. currently i have my old thermalright macho rev b, is it good enough to cool a 10900 down? Or buying sth like Dark Rock Pro 4 is an essential step?
I'm not very advanced in all this stuff so I'd love to see any actual suggestions on motherboard model choice.

Solution
As you said yourself, there is not much difference between the the two CPU. So yes, 10900 + B560 + 3080 is a good configuration.
Also, the Macho should be more than sufficient for either CPU as they are both locked. Anything better than the Intel stock cooler is good enough.
