Question 10900k and 2060 Under Preforming

I don't know why but this build is about 2 - 3 months old and I'm getting low fps in most games

Warzone I average 100
Minecraft I can barely touch 1000
Assassin Creed Valhalla I average 50

any help or suggestions

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

specs and my gpu usually runs on about 86 while ingame on warzone and cpu is usually around 60 - 80 it moves around frequently

the os is kinda fresh I built the pc in like April and the bios should be the latest ill check but pretty sure it is

yeah the bios is fully up to date

what resolution? getting the same issue on high and low game settings?

I play on low settings 1920x1080

Did you set the xmp in bios
