Few words

The amount of fans are for setting rad up in push-pull while also filling the rest of the fan mounting positions on this case. Since rad fans are controlled by NZXT CAM software, i also added a fan controller for manual control for the rest of case fans.
While 2x Titan Xp in 2-way SLI is way overkill for gaming but when you have the money then why not, right? You can buy your GPUs directly from Nvidia.
With this kind of budget, it's pointless to use slow HDDs. Even regular SATA SSDa are a bit slow, so, that being said, all storage is handled with M.2 NVMe SSDs.
Build also includes UPS to protect the system from power losses.

Solution
Doesn't get better, everything is best in class. Literally. One could argue 7700K is a better gaming processor, but at 4K you will never ever be CPU bound, and with the 7700K only having 16 PCIE Lanes, it would simply not be enough for the SSD's and Titan SLI., so i just put the beefy 7900X instead, which nonetheless is very awesome in any task you throw at it, and has the best gaming performance of its caliber.
