Hello!
I recently bought a relatively cheap 10m HDMI-cable for watching movies and stuff on my livingroom TV. It's working sometimes, and sometimes not. It's usually working for a few days, then takes a day off. The cable lies still behind my couch, and is connected to my GTX 660ti. Any advice?

Unfortunately not. Cheap stuff from dealextreme though. What confuses me is that it's always either working perfectly or not at all. Would think that it'd function somewhat poorly on occasion also, right?

I would love to take a look at the speficications on the box, well that's unfortunate. What resolution are you outputting? When you try to output 1080p, that's when you're experiencing issues, right? Try lowering the resolution, and once again use your GTX 660 Ti output and see if you get different results.

When buying an HDMI cable, look for High Speed, as Standard is now outdated, and is more than likely to start having issues outputting 1080p. If you're experiencing anything else that you think would help, let me know!

I found the product page:

The problem seems to occur at total random times, as I always mirror the computer screen, and when the computer all of a sudden doesn't recognize the TV, it usually comes back after a good while, like a few hours. When it happens, there's no indication that I've got anything plugged in.

I'll have to wait for the problem to return before I try lowering the resolution, because right now I'm not having any issues? atm I'm using 1920x1080. How do I know if I'm outputting 1080p?
