My PC is a Windows 8 prebuilt ASUS G20BM rocking an AMD FX-770K and a Radeon R9-270, I recently started having the problems of my internet cutting in and out, as shown here:

I recently tested my games on my older laptop with Windows 7 and it wasn't having any packet loss or lagging problems. But earlier this week when I used my brothers laptop with Windows 10 he was having the same diagrams as the gyazo screenshot I sent.
This is a screenshot of me doing "ping www.google.com -t" in cmd.
I also have Xfinity Comcast X1 home and entertainment wifi, and we pay top notch for it, I'm the only on actually noticing the wifi issues. I can't play any games. I am connected wirelessly and use wireless corsair void gaming headsets with a usb too. IDK if this has anything to do either but I also have a CORSAIR Strafe RGB.
Help would be greatly appreciated,

P.S. I would link this to other solved forums but it seems my problem is unique, and having to do with a certain OS or ISP.
