Hi everyone

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/76xTMc + MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB as the gpu + https://www.newegg.com/corsair-cx-series-cx600-600w/p/N82E16817139028?Item=N82E16817139028 as the psu. + 120 gb ssd as boot drive + 1 tb hard drive.

My computer is currently failing to boot. I left it on this afternoon, and when I came back to the computer, something from within my computer was beeping loudly every few seconds. The computer seemed to be running fine, however I was freaked out and immediately turned the power off. I wish I had recorded the audio before I did, because when I went to boot it, it would not boot. What currently happens when I turn it on is first the motherboard beeps 11 times (different sound then before), then the bios appears, and then I get stuck on the infinite loading screen from this video

I can still enter the bios by pressing delete before infinite loading appears, so I can potentially do some debugging from there. From what I can see on the internet about 11 beeps, it might be a memory cache error, a motherboard issue, a ram issue (tested removing ram/1 at a time and I dont think its the ram) or a cpu issue. Logically it also might be an issue with my ssd since that's the boot drive. One of the logical things to do is reset the CMOS, however it is ridiculously hard to get to in my build as my gpu is MASSIVE and the motherboard is tiny, so the lever to detach is impossibly hard to get to, and the cmos is under it. It took me a good 5 hours to remove the gpu last time I was debugging computer issues and I would rather try everything else first.
