11 gb ram on startup!

i have a MSI GT72 dominator-216 and 12 gb of ram, one day i finished using it and i noticed i had 11 gb of ram usage, but when i restarted it, i still have that 11 gb ram usage.
What can i do to solve this?

Look at malware,check with a good antivirus and MBAM.
Look at taskmanager what programs start and see if one uses that much.
Is maybe a driver issue too,update them,for motherboard as well as the gpu.

I scan my pc with my antivirus and nothing was wrong, the task manager doesn't display anything using more than 400 mb of RAM (just the system using around 500-600 mb) and my drivers are up to date.

also, in the user's tab, it said that i'm only using 48%, still a lot for just browsing and nothing else, and the other to complete the 80% isn't shown.

I assume that the "something hotmail" is your account name? Did you click it?

Maybe try Rammap to see how the ram is used.

With the antivirus scan tried MBAM too for malware?
