Things im not sure

PSU, should i take tray or boxed CPU?
Is that good motherboard, and is it sli compatible? good for Xeon 1231?
Should i take 1866 CL9 RAM, if its 2€ expensive than 1600
KFA2 GeForce GTX 970 EX OC Black Edition good GPU? havent heard that brand before
Is this good build?

If it's only €2 then I would get the 1866mhz ram. It's a bit of a waste getting a Z97 board with a xeon which isn't overclockable but no H97 mobo's have SLI so I guess you just have to stick with it. I personally like the MSI version of cards but thats really only from aesthetics if you dont care about looks just get the cheapest brand though stick to big brands like MSI, EVGA, ASUS, Zotec and gigabyte.

- tray... boxed comes with a cooler, and you already have one (also it is good to get decent thermal compound like mx4 fe)
- good one (personally i'm more a ud3 person, but yes it is good)
- yes, better speed is always handy
- dunno, i tend to stick to other brands - evga, asus...

Good point out with the cpu cooler, it's not necessary.

I heard that buying TRAY, you dont get warranty for it, so im thinking should i take it

well the difference is that the boxed processor warranty comes straight from intel (usually 3 years) and the tray from your vendor (depends on the vendor). they can vary.
as for the lifespan, there is no difference.
but if you're afraid that your cpu may croak soon enough, go with the box version

I thing 10€ for 3-years would not be so bad and Gigabyte G1 which is 10€ expensive than my current (Galax),(my friend said Galax would be almost same powerful like 980 and quiet) make me thing should i spend another 20€ for being save, or take a risk and go TRAY and try this GALAX graphic-card.

Decided rent little bit money from my family and upgrade my build with these, so all what i really going to need in future would be another GTX 970 which i planned to buy later.

This psu is much better then the EVGA psu you have there.
