So this is my first build in 7-8 years. Is this build ok?If not what should I change. Thanks for the help :)

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Building machines must be like riding a bicycle to you eh.

Only advice I can offer is to try and see if you can save any money by going for combos.

Nothing wrong with the case either.

Is this better http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125384 ? :p, can get it for the same money locally so it's probably gonna go that way. Maybe will have to get another brand P67 MoBo locally but that should be pretty much the same right? Will update which one when I'll be 100% certain :)

Iv'e never seen that case before until now. That's a nice clean looking case. And it's roomy. Nice find. :)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157229 <----- That board comes with a black front USB 3.0 panel that has a nifty 2.5" SSD bracket behind it. It fits right onto the front of a case.

http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P67%20Extreme4 <----- you can see it here about half way down that page

Hmmm I'm being told that a GTX 570 won't fit in this case, but i'm pretty sure it can fit, maybe not with a lot of space left but who cares :). Also any suggestions on some Asus p67 or z68 motherboards similar in price with this one, coz it seems this one will be difficult to obtain

Which case? If it is the Utgard, then it won't have any problems at all.
If it is the Rosewill Challenger, then according to the TH review it was fitting a card 10.5" long (an XFX Geforce GTX 285), with little room to spare, so you would need a GTX 570 that was 10.5" long or less.

Too lazy and toohard to explain but newegg is only for reference, I have to buy all the parts locally, but at least the prices are nearly the same as on newegg :)

As I mentioned in the post before, can probably find any Asus MoBo. I'll still try to find the AsRock I listed but need another for backup
