112 CPU temp (celsius!!) Why?

I've recently updated windows 10 to windows 10 november update - and a lot of things in my pc stopped working - and my changes in bios were reset.. I've reinstalled a lot of programs, so I had no issues.

However I noticed that my fans were running QUITE loud in a revving motion, which they've never done before. All fans are cleaned frequently with compressed air because my pc is on a wooden floor.

I have an ASUS p9x79 LE motherboard with the i7 3820 CPU, never had issues. I have the corsair h60 cpu cooler, and my cpu used to be stable 60 degrees.

But back to the fan issue - I booted up my ASUS ai suite II to configure the fans, because it began to get pretty loud. But ai suite didn't work. So I downloaded SpeedFan. When I opened speedfan I was quite shocked. My GPU (nvidia gtx 980ti) ran at 60 degrees - I figured that's not dangerous, because its fans are idle. (The gpus fans only run when the gpu is hot.) And my CPU is 113 degrees celsius..

The pump is plugged into CPU_FAN and CPU_FAN is running at MAX rpm.

The fan in the radiator is running at max RPM, too..

What is happening???

Its up and running, what sensors do I take screenshot of? Cannot find any temps anywhere.

Is the pump still working? Is there heat blowing out of the radiator?

Never at any time I've had this pc (since may 11th, 2014) have there come how air out the radiator.
However, I'd call it hotter than livingroom temps.

Perhaps the pump is broken. But you might want to verify with a second program, though I'd be hesitant to do anything on the machine if those CPU temps are accurate.

I've laid my hand on the pump. It's vibrating, and the only parts vibrating in my setup are fans.

Those H60's aren't very durable , they don't last very long.

I've had it since may 11th, 2014.. Is that too long? If yes, I'll turn off my pc and instantly buy a new one (h100 or something.).

Nothing is showing under temps. It says nothing.

I got AI suite II working and it said 45 degrees.

Update:
I downloaded HWinfo32 instead of 64bit, now it says temps under cpu:

Right on with that ^

212 can even stick with and in some tests outperform a h80i.

I bought it because I wanted a quiet computer. Which I've had until now.
Are there ultra silent air coolers for pc?
If so, where can I get them?

Also I have a custom 500 usd loop ready for order when its summertime.

I've had my system soundtested to 32 DB- which is as quiet as a bedroom at night.
Also I've seen sound tests of the h110i running at 31-33 db?
