11400F is a locked chip, the only way to overclock it is by overclocking whole system bus ( only possible on Z590), which meaning overclocking everything including PCI Express. This would greatly reduce overal system stability and peformance gains would be rather questionable at best. Increasing power limits will not do anything 11400F. All you can do with a chip like this is increase max all core boost time.

sorry y’all I had an incorrect bclk max value in my earlier post, just looked up the programmed no boot point for 11th gen processors and it’s bclk 103mhz so if you keep the bclk at 102.9mhz or below you can still bclk overclock. However I would suggest not doing that as it’s only 2.9% high frequency and you will get latency penalties.

https://www.techpowerup.com/review/...s,its default of 100 MHz on most motherboards.
