You have a "B" motherboard and a locked CPU. Not really an "overclocking" combination ...How to increase power limit and where in bios, my motherboard is Gigabyte B560 M H, and the processor is i5 11400F, and is it of any use?
I mean can i do Bclk overclock? You have a "B" motherboard and a locked CPU. Not really an "overclocking" combination ...
Why do you think your motherboard should have what you want ?
I believe you need a Z motherboard rather than a B motherboard.I mean can i do Bclk overclock?

11400F is a locked chip, the only way to overclock it is by overclocking whole system bus ( only possible on Z590), which meaning overclocking everything including PCI Express. This would greatly reduce overal system stability and peformance gains would be rather questionable at best. Increasing power limits will not do anything 11400F. All you can do with a chip like this is increase max all core boost time.
