Hello all
I have one question: is still a good idea to buy an 4690k or jump to 6600k for gaming?

The relative performance is very similar. The 1xxx series motherboards for Skylake have some newer and better features than the 9x series for Haswell though so all things considered if you can afford the slight premium for DDR4 then Skylake is the best choice. Skylake is also a very good overclocker while Haswell gets hot fast with increased voltage.
