Hello i yesterday remove cpu from Mobo and i have problem vith cpu please look at picture and reply to me if me cpu is broken thank you

It's totally fine and normal. The tabs on each side is used to take the pressure of the retention mechanism and will look like that after the cpu has been installed on a motherboard.
