Everything stock, temps around 60 on stock cooler, I noticed that it doesn't go over 3.48 Ghz, and when I manually overclock it to 3.9Ghz @ all cores I get around 1290 cb which is normal for Stock clocks.
EDIT: Also, I can't even OC to 4.0Ghz @ 1.425v. PC just shuts off. I am running Gigabyte B450m DS3H, I am suspecting that stock cooler is trash, but temps aren't the problem at all, they are at 65 in Fortnite (since it's CPU intensive) @4.1Ghz. Also is Core Performance Boost = XFR2 / PB2 on Gigabyte boards?
