[SOLVED] 11700k, 10850k, 5800X

Trying to decide between the following CPU's: 11700k, 10850k, 5800X.

As for my use, I do some editing on Premiere Pro, and added performance there would be ideal for me. I do game (Doom Eternal, Ashes of the Singularity, Anno 1800, FarCry, etc.), but certainly not a serious or frequent gamer. Additionally using the PC for photo editing on Adobe Photoshop, general tasks such as browsing, MS Office, and media consumption.

From all the reviews and coverage I understand that these 3 processors are more or less evenly matched, wherein pricing would be a key factor.

Pricing in my region (in USD): 11700k - 522, 10850k - 490, 5800X - 548.

I'm leaning towards the 10850k; any thoughts or considerations?

10850K is the best deal out of all, who will dominate both editing and gaming. Rocket lake shouldn't be bothered with (8 cores vs 10, dead socket already, plenty of BIOS bugs), the 5800X is great but overpriced in your region.

I would say the 5800x is the best option, but that price is crazy. Though, you do not need as expensive of a motherboard, or cooling, to handle it, so that might even things out, price wise.

if the 108500 is the cheapest in your area, that seems like the one to get !

Put together some mini lists for all three - include just the cpu, mobo, ram, and cooler.

I will say in real world photography stuff the 10850k is a LOT faster than the 10700 on loading pictures in apps. 60-200mb pictures.
