Question 11900k io, sa, other voltages

my 11900k is going way faster at high voltage on these, 1.6sa, thoughts?

stock was like 1.45 or so for RKL memory, i put to 1.6 alongside the other voltages up 200-300mv and it making a very surprising diff in latency like on chrome and stuff without increasing power too much
