11v on the +12v rail ?

hello, asus probe 2 reports 11v on the +12v rail. i'll post my system's specs, maybe i need a new psu.
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
ASUS A8V Deluxe
corsair xms 256x4 pc3200
ATI Radeon 9800 pro
Seagate Barracuda 200gb ata
Seagate Barracuda 80gb ata
Plextor 716a
Antec TruePower 330w
my psu gets very hot, when i put my hand in the back of my case, very hot air blows out.
Do i need a new psu?

Uhh, yeah buddy. From your equipment in the box, that PSU is way overloaded and cannot keep up with the demand. Needs a good 450-500watt PSU and STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CHEAP PSUs!!

The PSU is the most important component is a system and yours is stressed way to hard. You need a high quality PSU like A Fortron Source or another Antec with more W's.

ok, how good are the thermaltakes with 480w ?

There ok, in fact I have one myself but I wouldnt get another one because the Fortron Source is a much better buy. Your not probably wanting to spend this much but the best PSU on the market is the Thermaltake 680W. Ok i did look at this power supply. the only con it has is a passive pfc. If it had a active one, i would be more comfortable with bying it.
