Hey everyone,

I plan on buying the upcoming lian li O 11 air , for a total of 12 fans

Now, im just not sure how to approach the fan setup and control.

- The Mobo is the asus rog maximus X hero .

- I know that each fan header as a
maximum of 1 amp and that fans take more amps on startup.

- because the case is still not out im not sure how many 140 mm or 120 mm are supported.

- the fans I want are noctua NF F12 industrial ppc 3000 with Amperage of 0.3
And noctua NF A14 industrial ppc 3000 with amperage of 0.55

-in case the chassis supports more 140mm fans and i end up with 8 of those fans with 0.55 amps each . What would be the best solution to set up and control them? NZXT SENTRY 3( with 12 volts per channel but only 5 channels) Multiple fans hubs?

If the fans you're looking for are PWM and not DC/voltage controlled, you can look into buying a PWM fan splitter. Swiftech, EK/Gelid, Akasa all make one. You could also fabricate one of your own to deal with 12 fans and have them all connected to one header. the signal for the fans RPM will come from the header while the necessary power for the fans will come from the PSU.

You sure you want to stick to air? AIO's these days offer fan control off the pump.
