Yes. Although combining RAM sticks that were not purchased together as a kit always carries some risk that they might not work together.

I see. Because i have 8gm ddr3 hyperx 1600mhz and i want to upgrade to 12gb. So i must buy the same product and specs of 4gb ram?

To minimize the chance of having issues, yes you want the 2nd stick to have the same frequency and timings as the 1st stick. But as I said, anytime you buy sticks separately, even if they have the same specs or are even the same model, there is a chance they'll have issues together.
