My PC Specs - FX 6300

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 R2
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-78LMT-S2-R2-rev-10#kf

Ram (Slot 1) - Kingston KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX HyperX Blu 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC
https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/KHX1600C9D3B1K2_8GX.pdf

Ram (Slot 2) - Kingston 4GB 1333 MHz 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM Memory Module
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139046

AIDA64 Detects Both the Rams , CPUZ also shows a total of 12 gb ram

but in my computer properties it shows 10GB Installed ram out of which 8 GB is usable.

i went to bios disabled intergrated graphics,
Maximum Memory was Already Unticked in msconfig

could different rams or frequency be a problem?
