Question 12 month old RX 6700 XT - - - no display output and fans stay on for 10 seconds ?

Let's start with the setup:
CPU: i5-9400f
MOBO: Gigabyte B365M-H
GPU: RX6700 XT Red Devil
PSU: Gigabyte PB 650w

I had installed a new SSD, initialised it on win10 and then turned in for the night. and today I find that the GPU won't display output, fans spin for a bit of startup, everything else sounds fine, hdd is spinning, cpu fan is going.

I've tested the display outs on the MOBO with no result. Bar the CPU, MOBO and ram, all components are bought as new from good official sellers within the past year or so. the display out and no fan spin tells me that the GPU might've died but I'm worried the MOBO might be the issue too, i've no real next steps, I'll follow up on warranties but I might just pursue the GPU's since in my experience warranties are setup to be purposely impossible.

Output from motherboard doesn't exist with an F skew CPU.

Reset CMOS, plug video cable to graphics card and try to boot.

Sadly no dice, first power up it turned itself off after a second or two, no display out still

Did you buy the video card new, or used? There are a lot of thrashed mining cards out there, since the crypto crash.
