Question 12 volt nzxt 140mm 12 volt fan ?

as above,I created a cooling system for my amplifier and i get 14.4 amps power , I know it will work but i don't wanna burn it out or anything. It's 4 fans in parrallel.
I figure if i just have a resistor before the positive to the fans, what size resistor should I use to get the 14.5 volts down to 12 volts? I dont have ze formula lol....ty
