12+ Voltage to low

hi,i just building my first custom pc yesterday,and now im just worrying why the 12+ voltage to low,is this my psu problem or what?

Lol? ? ?? ?? Check them in bios . That must be wrong.

All 5/3.3/12 are bad !!!!!!

And if even in the bios are 8V . Replace that crappy PSU.

My motherboard says my 12v is 13v, but when I use my multimeter, it says 12.05v on every 12v rail.

so that mean software reading is inaccurate?

The one u need to trust is the one in the bios, (it doesn't looks good, but still within safe range).....

For soft it looks like it not compatible with sensor chip on your mobo so it get wrong reading (if it still goes to 11v-13v it could be, but if it go to 8v/6v/etc it likely compatible issue)

for the multi meter, some multi meter need to be calibrated periodically... (They usually had internal battery that will wear out, so callibration or replace the batt sometimes is needed.)

are u testing the PSU with a load or just the psu.. power/voltage will drop when load is used, especially at bad regulated PSU..

Well within the range. Trust only BIOS. That is the direct that check the voltages and everythin. Maybe you'r mobo supports a software to check them better(Ex : Asrock eXtreme Tunning Utility).

But as i see your its not UEFI bios so i dont think there is any
