[SOLVED] 12 year old motherboard works with any gpu?

if I have a 12 year old motherboard that says the gpu is 25 watt or something limit can I put any gpu and would the motherboard ruin my gpu I also want to know if I can put any psu in my pc with the motherboard or do I have to change it it is an optiplex 390 mini towers motherboard

Okay, I specialize in Modding the ever living out of these things. My main rig is currently a stock 390 motherboard in a stock 390 case (with harddrive cage removed.) Its running an i7 2600 , 16 gigs of crucial pro ram, a 750Watt coolermaster power supply. And an r9 390 8gig. Nothing crazy, but it works well. You should be fine as long as you upgrade the PSU.
