Question 120 hertz on AMD radeon HD 5770 series. Will it hold up?

Hello I am a BIG csgo player and I am planning on getting a 120 hz monitor but I dont know if my pc is gonna hold up.

SPECS:

gpu: ATI RADEON HD 5770 SERIES (using display port)
cpu: AMD PHENOM II X6 1045T

So is it gonna hold up if not, what should I upgrade?

Are you getting at minimum 120 FPS currently?

not always but im staying at minimum 80 fps
and csgo is very cpu demanding but im not sure if i should upgrade the cpu or gpu
