well with 120-144hz monitor the idea is to play games without having the need of vsync being enabled and still play without any image tearing. i meant modern demanding games, anyway you can look here for overclockable panels http://www.blurbusters.com/
no, unfortunately there isnt any at such price.! also do you have the hardware to make good use of it? if your hardware cant push over 60fps there isnt a reason getting one and you should stick with 60hz!
