Question 120 HZ Problem !

I found this forum in luck, my friends. I have a strange problem. I bought a monitor today, but I can't get 120 Hz. (HDMI supports maximum 120 HZ in laptops)


Monitor: Gamepower 27 '' GPR27C1MS144
If it is a laptop;


Intel Core i5 9300H
16GB RAM
1TB GB HDD + 240GB SSD
GTX1650 HDMI Version 2.0

it has features. I think my cable is 1.4, as far as I know 1.4 needs to be enough.
I'm uploading a representative photo of my problem.

Note : I tried. I can get 120hz in 1440 and 1366 resolution. What do you think is the problem?
