hello everyone
the thing is I have way to many processes running while actually I have very few programs running , right now I have norton, ccleaner, chrome and wmp, I'll attach a few pics of the task manager just maybe I'm missing something.
the laptop has: windows 10, i7 2.2 ghz, 8gb ram

note: the ram is always at 30/40% regardless of whats running

thank you :)

ps: I changed the title to make it a bit clear, sorry for the confusion

I would disable wmp, chrome and ccleaner from start up.
All you are gaining is a fraction of a second when you do decide to use them .
Many of the rest are windows processes. Google them to find out what they to. Generic host process might not yield good results, but a surprising number of others are optional

thank you guys very much for the feed back <3

what I meant is that i have them on not that they were on start up. I googled a lot of them most of them were windows related so I don't know if they were supposed to run

I used it before, it removed 3000 files but the processes didnt change at all

I'm not trying to speed up the start up process my friend. the problem is in the high number of processes running and usage of ram while almost nothing is running.
