So, basically as the thread title suggests, the target cost should be 1200$ with 100$~ flexibility. The main challenge here is the fact that I'm Lithuanian so I have to deal with shitty mark-ups from local retailers. So it won't be as easy as dealing with pcpartpicker/newegg builds :(

The retailer I will be using is: http://www.skytech.lt. Even though the page is in Lithuanian, it's easy to navigate. (Search window is located in the top/mid of the page).

The PC will be used for 1080p gaming, and Poker/Poker tracking software (Hold 'Em Manager 2 = HEM2) and other menial tasks.

My current build: http://www.skytech.lt/krepselis-54169.html.
Currency converter: http://www.reuters.com/finance/currencies/quote?srcAmt=3688&srcCurr=LTL&destAmt=&destCurr=USD.
Or you could just divide the prices by 2.6 and you'll get dollars.
So the current total is: 1418$. Maybe I can make cutbacks/changes to balance the build better?
As you probably noticed, shit is expensive here :/

HEM2 uses postgreSQL to collect information and as far as I know postreSQL is a well threaded application that supports hyperthreading. I deal with pretty big databases of (3 million hands+) and run complicated reports, and a realtime HUD with 18+ tables.

(If you have a shitload of free time and are a masochist you could read this to educate yourself! http://postgresql.1045698.n5.nabble.com/Building-an-home-computer-for-best-Poker-Tracker-performance-td4597798.html, but feel free not to.

Why I mentioned this is that the upcoming generation of consoles, namely Xbox One and PS4, both have 8 cores - which means PC gamers will start getting well threaded ports that utilize cores well. Having that in mind as well as my tracking software being well threaded maybe an i7 is actually a better investment than an i5.

Also it should be noted that I live in a very dusty and humid environment, so if you could recommend some additional precautions, like cases with dust filters or MOBOs that can withstand high humidity, please do.
