[SOLVED] $1200 CAD PC build (intel-Nvidia)

I’m currently looking to build a PC that’s capable of gaming well, and I would choose to use Intel-Nvidia parts along with this, as that is what my parents would prefer.
Another preference I have is that I’d like 16 GB of ram and an SSD.
I have very little experience in building pcs, however, I have some experience dealing with the specific parts. I was hoping for a build that would be good for playing all games at 60fps while being fast in dealing with normal computer activities.
I do not have a monitor either so that would be included in the cost. I’m not in need of a crazy 144hz monitor.

Thanks Everyone! Please let me know if I’m being crazy with these components with my price.
-Edit:1200 CAD is about 850 USD but I’m willing to go to around 900 USD

I wonder if it would be possible to get a better cpu? If this potentially causes a downgrade in another section I wouldn’t be opposed, I would also be fine with increasing the price by about another $100. Thanks.
Upping the budget by $100 can do something like this:

The only issue is you have to deal with a mail in rebate with the motherboard, but because of the rebate you get a really good deal on a good motherboard.

intel and amd work about the same building the pc. to get a better cpu at what you are looking at, amd would be better.

(edit)
Canada prices and shipping are throwing all my favorites all over the place on price.

(edit 2)
intel is cheaper in canada, all my amd builds are like 150more per. just trying to match that i3
