My whole reason for posting this is just to see what you guys would do with $1200 so I can compare it against my current idea (no, I'm not going to list it(Thanks again Ps3hacker12))

The goal is to get the best performance for price, if you break 1200 a tad it's fine. But, 1200 is the goal - remember that!
