Since you'll be under400W at a stress test, I'd much rather have an excellent 550W PSU than an OK 750W PSU. And the savings is enough to get you out of those very basic, trashy cases.

-X model not worth the price premium over the non-X model. If you could get it on sale within 10USD of the original, then sure.
-Pretty 'meh' CM psu.
-Found a cheaper 3600mhz kit
-The case is bad on cpu temps.

Phaaze's advice is absolutely correct; I definitely should have addressed the CPU, but I was so focused on getting you out of one of those cheapo DIYPC cases.

I am not sure 3600 Mhz RAM is really worth it over a 3200 Mhz kit. I know it should give you better performance but I am pretty sure (at least from the builds I tested) it is not a big difference. Also, the 5700 is more comparable to the 2060 Super than it is to the 2070, so I swapped a 2070 in. Phaze and DSzymborski have pretty good recommendations, but I am gonna try a nvidia GPU instead:

For about $5 more than your original build, you can get a 2070 in. I swapped your chosen PSU for the same model in the other two builds and picked a 3200 kit instead of the 3600 Mhz kit.

Depends on the timings and the pricing at the time of purchase. I'd say 3200mhz C16 is still the value leader.
