$1200 Gaming PC Build

Hello, I am relatively new to gaming PCs and ask if someone could please build me a gaming pc that is focused for CPU/GPU intensive games mainly Cites: Skylines and Kerbal Space Program. I have a max budget of $1200 and would prefer 1TB of storage.
