I recently found this build, and I wanted to keep my budget around 1200 if possible. So I had a couple questions:

Is this build worth the extra hundred dollars right now ?
Can someone suggest any other builds for the $1200 USD including monitor and if possible headset?
I mostly play COD, and other FPS, and my budget is essentially $1200, I would like to get something that wont need upgrades for a few years, essentially just looking to get off XBOX 1.

Thank you in advance for your help

Solution
That PSU is not that great, I would replace with a Seasonic or Corsair.
Other than that you might want to wait a couple more wks as you might see the 5700 XT prices coming down.
