I already own the GTX 970 I just put that in there so you could see price wise what you had to work with. I will be doing heavy gaming with a light to moderate overclock.

You do NOT need a CLC kit. The Noctua NH-D14 is quieter while being equal or better at cooling.
I wouldn't get a mobo with Atheros Killer adapters as they use an excessive amount of CPU (5-6%, which is a LOT)
You'll eat through 128 GB FAST (at least, i would)
Unless you're running multi-monitors, are running two or more instances of Watch_Dogs at the same time or both, 4 GB of VRAM is a bit overkill
Better PSUs can be found for less (cough cough EVGA)

What is a board you recommend? I am sticking with a red/black interior theme I know I will eat through 128gb thats why I have a 1Tb harddrive....

850w is overkill. The 750b is enough, even for 2 card SLI. I just cannot justify spending $200+ on a motherboard either. I would probably consider something more like this.

First I have to disagree with 750w being enough for sli 2nd I am going with a better cooler than the hyper 212 and 3rd I most likely won't change my case decision

Disagree all you want, but the wattage of my build, with SLI GTX 970, is only 507w. GTX 970's use less power than most cards. I could switch to SLI GTX 970's and my system would only use about 40w more than it does now with a single HD 7970. 😉
