The EVO 212 is a GREAT and affordable cooler. I use it for my OC of the 4670k, and i'm running it at 4.3-4.5 Ghz with good temperatures.

It should be more than enough for a good amount of OC, the next step up is a custom water loop. (I don't think the closed loops are worth it) And custom water loops will cost you a fortune

It should be note that the Fracture case is very good for air flow. So your CPU should be completely fine.

What i would do is just search around youtube and look at your manual a lot.

It shouldn't be that hard, as it's just like adult legos. If you do encounter something you can't solve, youtube it, it'll most likely have the answer. And if you can't find it, you can always ask the friendly people here :)
